The law on applying of declarative principle in business has been signed by the President of Ukraine.
President Viktor Yanukovych has signed amendments to the Law "On licensing system in the sphere of economic activity" relating to performance of business activity on the basis of filling declaration.
Abovementioned Law contains the provision on "declarative principle", which means the possibility to carry out certain kinds of economic activity just on the basis of notification and without any permits.
Kinds of activities, which can be carried out in such way, shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Order, on abolishing the specification referencecertificate forn real estate, takes effect
Order of the Ministry of Justice No. #615/5 dated 26 March, 2010, tooakes effect, which shall herebyhas approved the amendments to the Instruction on performing notarial actions by the notaries of Ukraine.
According to this document, starting from 1 June 2010 Notaries the office of the Bureau for Technical Inventory from 1 June, 2010 shallexercise issuance the excerptsof extracts onfrom registration of titles to real estate ownership, excerptracts from the Registery of titles to real estate ownership as well as formalize the and draw up a certificate on titles to real estate objects ownership on special blanks according toon the pattern, approved by the Ministry of Justice. And sSpecification referencertificates ton real estate shall not be , issued and used now will not be issued starting from 1 June 2010.

Partial sale of customer-furnished raw materials to the Ukrainian subject causes partial payment of bill
From 10 April 2010 amendments to the Order of accounting, delay and payment of bill issued by business entity during performance of operations with customer-furnished raw materials in foreign economic relations, took effect.
According to amendments, partial sale of customer-furnished raw materials to a Ukrainian contractor with appropriate amendments to foreign economic contract on raw materials processing or obtaining part of materials as payment for performed work, shall cause payment of bill (issued for payment of entering duties, taxes and fees) in its appropriate part. It such case, application for partial payment of bill shall be accompanied with a copy of goods customs declaration, drawn up in customs regime of import on purchased (obtained) part of customer-furnished raw materials.
