- Preparing labour agreements, including for non-Ukrainian citizens, and other labour-related documents (company internal documents, collective agreements, job descriptions, bonus regulations, motivation programs, etc.) for almost all our clients;
- Advising as to hiring and dismissing employees, including in conflict situations, e.g. we settled several conflict situations with top managers in Ukrainian companies of big multinational groups (both amicably and through the court);
- Getting work permits for foreign employees (we obtain dozens of such permits each year);
- Assisting in various matters relevant to labour unions, e.g. we successfully protected the interest of a major retail company with thousands of employees in Ukraine in its disputed with the labour union;
- Protecting the interests of our clients in relation to various inspections performed by the state bodies in labour matters or claims of such bodies;
- Rendering any other service relevant to labour law and HR.
