Competition and antimonopoly law

  • Obtaining prior permits of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine («AMC») for economic concentration or concerted action with regard to large international and domestic transactions. Annually we obtain dozens permits with 100% success;
  • Significant experience in obtaining post factum permits of the AMC regarding transactions completed in violation of antimonopoly legislation with substantial minimization of risks and losses of the clients;
  • Completion of several successful projects for large international companies on protection of intellectual property rights and business reputation on the basis of competitive legislation;
  • Protecting the interests of many clients regarding the unfair proceedings launched against them by the AMC;
