- Higher legal education
- At least three year experience of legal practice in a legal firm or in an international company in the field of corporate, financial, competitive contractual, and tax law, working experience with state authorities and courts
- Professional knowledge of English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Skills and inclination to analytical work and practical embodiment of its results
- Ability to lay out job performances accessible and logically in writing and orally in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Readiness to overwork and work in stress situations
- Ability to both team and independent work.
