Mr. Serhiy Morozov
Mr. Morozov has graduated from Chernivtsy National University.Mr. Morozov started his career as a lawyer of one of the biggest Ukrainian bank in 2000, which later became a part of the big European banking group. Mr. Morozov was providing legal services to strategic clients, coordinating legal work under international transactions. He was closely involved in investment and corporate activity of the bank. In 2004 Mr. Morozov was hired by a big telecommunication company where he was working as a corporate in-house lawyer. Mr. Morozov has joined SDM Partners in November 2008 where he currently occupies the position of a contractual partner. His areas of specialization include real estate, banking law, litigation, as well as enforcement of the court and arbitral awards.
