Mr. Mykola Melnyk

Mr. Melnyk graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Law Department.

Mr. Melnyk started his law practice in 1994 in a law form which was mostly focusing on rendering services to the Ukrainian and multinational corporate clients. Then, Mr. Melnyk was working as the head of the legal department for a Ukrainian subsidiary of the big multinational company operating in food industry where he coordinated all legal work including in corporate, intellectual property, contractual, labour, real estate, tax, investment and many other directions. Before joining SDM Partners, Mr. Melnyk was working for an international law firm as a contractual partner advising Ukrainian and foreign clients in many areas of law. Mr. Melnyk is a partner with SDM Partners at the moment specializing in taxes, currency control, advertising and securities.
