Dr. Dmytro Syrota | SDM Partners law firm

Dr. Syrota has graduated with high honours from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. He received PhD in the same institute in 2004.

Dr. Syrota has started his career as a state official working for the administration of the Ukrainian Parliament and providing various legal advices to the members of the Parliament and governmental officials. From 2001 and until he started SDM Partners Dr. Syrota was working for international law firm as a contractual partner mostly advising foreign multinational companies and law firm on big international transactions, as well as managing and developing business of the firm. At the moment Dr. Syrota is a managing partner with SDM Partners responsible for the firm’s business development and advising the clients in various fields of law.

Dr. Syrota is also engaged in academic work. He often lectures in reputable Ukrainian universities and speaks at various international conferences.

Dr. Syrota’s mostly specializes in corporate law, competitive and antimonopoly law, real estate, labour law and natural resources.
